Belon is Banyan Tree Macau's signature restaurant. From its website: it offers a la carte, degustation and dedicated dessert menus (in which J is in charge). It also specializes in USDA Prime New York Loin and seafood.
We went here to pick-up J and see where she works. It was already closed so we have the luxury of time to check it out but was not able to dine (I don't think I can afford to dine hehehe). She has prepared a dessert plate for us though.

Fortunately, the pianist is still playing some nice music when we entered.
I'm just in awe of its chic interiors. It was 12AM when we were here so the setting is quite romantic.

They also offer VIP rooms, with your own waiter to take care of all your needs.
It was my first time to see this huge wine cellar in a restaurant.
They also offer other liquors.

Most of the staff here are Filipinos. They are so kind and very accommodating in touring me around. Its Indian/Chinese Manager is so kind as well. He's even offering us to return for a free meal. So, I need to return to Macau for this... hehehe
