warning... pictures heavy post...
Day 3 - August 26, 2014
This attraction is not included in our original SG itinerary. However, upon learning that we will just spend around Php3K per person for the tour package (excluding food), we realized that we must take this great opportunity.

I was here.. |
Kevin, our assigned driver, picked us up at exactly 8:00AM. We learned that he came from Malaysia and went to SG just to pick us up. He will again drive us back to Malaysia and return to SG after the tour. So, in one day, he drove the same route twice. He is a very jolly person and loves Philippines so much so he was excited that we are his guests for the day. He has so much good stories about our beloved country.
Since it's still early and we haven't eaten breakfast yet, we requested him to go to a nearest McDo drive-thru. It is there that A has learned that she didn't have her passport with her. We returned to the hotel to get her passport. Good thing we are still near from the hotel.
Going to Legoland Malaysia from SG took only about 1.5 hours. Passing by the Immigration is easy and quick. The Diplomat will just look at your faces then compare with the passport pictures (while inside the car) and off you go. There is not much view along the way except for trees and ocean.
As expected, Legoland is so colorful. The kid in me became so excited upon entering the park. Till now, I still enjoy assembling these colorful bricks. My kids still can't let go of their Lego toys.
Food is not allowed inside but bottled water is. It should be since it's really hot in this place. Since we already have our tickets on hand, we directly proceeded to the entrance gate.
At the entrance, there is a locker for your things and food for a fee of around Php1K. It's quite expensive but you have no choice if you are bringing some items that you can't carry inside. So, it's a must that you just bring the necessities in visiting this place since the driver will just pick you up after the tour.

Now, for the Lego brick assembles...
|
the complete cast with KL as our background |
KL and other Asian countries. Since it's in Malaysia, it's expected that it will feature KL and some Asian countries. Lego brick assembles never fail to impress me. I could imagine the hard work and effort exerted to complete these. Every detail has been studied well. The execution is simply amazing.

Then there are the rides and some other attractions that are mostly for kids. The kids will surely enjoy being licensed drivers having to drive their own cars within the tracks provided.

We have not completely covered the whole park since we are so tired from walking already. If you have kids with you, it's highly recommended to stay for a night here. There is the LEGOLAND Hotel situated in front of the park for your accommodation. As expected, it has the same theme with the park - colorful and vibrant. Too bad, we didn't have a peek of what's inside.

Now, I'm curious on how LEGOLAND Germany looks like.
